1. Platform Usage
My Property Adda ek digital platform hai jo users, groups, properties, payments, EMI schedules aur related records ko manage karne ke liye use kiya jata hai.
2. User Information
Registration ke samay user ko correct aur complete information provide karni hogi. Incorrect information ke karan hone wali problems ke liye user responsible ho sakta hai.
3. Registration Fee
Member ya Partner registration ke liye applicable registration fee platform par displayed amount ke according hogi. Current configured registration fee ₹600 hai.
4. Payment Verification
Payment submit karne ke baad transaction details aur required proof verification ke liye check kiye ja sakte hain. Account activation approval process ke subject rahega.
5. Group Membership
Group me membership availability, group capacity, joining date, EMI schedule aur other conditions administrator ke configured rules ke according hongi.
6. EMI Payments
Member ko apne applicable EMI schedule ke according payment karna hoga. Payment approval ke baad hi system me confirmed payment record update kiya jayega.
7. Property Allocation
Property ya plot allocation company ke configured allocation schedule, records, agreements aur applicable legal requirements ke according process kiya jayega.
8. Referral & Commission
Referral income aur plot commission platform ke configured rules ke according calculate aur record kiye jayenge. Applicable percentage ya amount administrator ke configured settings ke according change ho sakta hai.
9. Account Security
User apne login credentials ko confidential rakhega. Account me unauthorized activity notice hone par administrator ko inform karna chahiye.
10. Property & Legal Documentation
Property ownership, sale, registry, title, land records, permissions aur other legal matters applicable laws aur required documentation ke subject honge. Website par displayed information ko independent legal verification ka substitute nahi maana jana chahiye.
11. Account Suspension
Incorrect information, policy violation, suspicious activity ya other legitimate administrative reasons ke case me account ko temporarily suspend ya deactivate kiya ja sakta hai.
